From her roots in higher education to her current role as Learning Portfolio Leader, she’s not just building programs—she’s building confidence, careers, and culture. In just three years, BB has been promoted twice, reflecting her dedication to helping colleagues at all levels grow and highlighting her collaborative partnerships across the firm.

Crafting Experiences that Stick

With a contagious passion for learning, BB has become a driving force behind Protiviti’s employee development initiatives. She focuses on creating programs that are both practical and inspiring, helping team members build confidence and sharpen their skills.

In 2024 alone, BB and the Learning and Development team delivered 137,000 learning hours through 255 facilitated sessions, reaching over 4,250 learners and powered by contributions of 575 internal facilitators.

BB’s vibrant approach ensures every training session is an opportunity for growth, connection, and empowerment. That’s because BB’s is all about designing experiences that stick.

“In higher ed, training was often something people had to do. At Protiviti, people want to be there,” she says. “They remember our programs as milestones in their careers.”

BB’s signature style? Making the theoretical practical. Her “BB’s Nuggets” started as end-of-day reflections during training sessions and evolved into a personal brand—bite-sized insights that help people apply what they’ve learned in real time. “Learning happens in all kinds of ways,” she says. “But it sticks when you make it real.”

To BB, making it real means connecting learning to lived experiences—whether through personal stories, insights from firm leaders, or reflections shared by participants in other programs. “These real-world connections help learners internalise and apply what they’ve learned. She brings that same energy to program design. One standout moment: building a custom workshop called “Game On: Elevating Client Satisfaction” for 225 Protiviti employees at our Americas Delivery Center (ADC) in just weeks. The result? Eight sessions in two days and a workforce equipped with enhanced skills at communication, prioritisation and receiving feedback. BB’s consistently positive energy translates into a dynamic workforce ready to adapt to client needs.

Fueling Client Success with Skilled Teams

BB’s energy doesn’t stop at internal development—it fuels client success by equipping our people with the skills they need to succeed. She works tirelessly to ensure Protiviti’s teams are prepared to tackle complex challenges with creativity and precision…and it shows.

BB was instrumental in opening Protiviti’s expanded Chicago Learning Center and redesigning the Baltimore Learning Center. Both thoughtfully designed learning spaces created the opportunity to host more in-person programming. These learning opportunities, in turn, equip our people with both technical and soft skills that lead to success in delivering tailored solutions that drive impactful results.
